Commercial Terms and Conditions

Commercial quotations issued by Lunvero Kaubandus OU remain valid for thirty calendar days unless formally extended in writing. All wholesale dispatches adhere strictly to Incoterms 2020 definitions, with freight liabilities, FOB, and CIF obligations explicitly assigned upon dispatch from our Baltic logistics hub.

Ownership of materials and electronic assemblies transfers strictly upon full settlement of the commercial invoice and release of the corresponding bill of lading. Inspection rights and defect notification windows must be executed within seven business days of consignment arrival at the designated European project site.

Contractual Inquiries and Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes arising from commercial supply agreements fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
